LEARN TO SAIL with Cullen Sea School-(B, C & P).

This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY A TASTER SESSION & LEARN HOW TYO SAIL! You’ll learn the parts of the boat, rigging, manoeuvring using all points of sail, how to control the Craft, and the effective use of the sails to alter the direction of the craft by maximising the wind available inside the harbour, within the sea school MIRROR DINGHY.

You will have 1:1 instruction – If you are a Platinum participant. For Copper & Brass participants (over 7yrs), an adult will need to accompany and pay a full adult price. For younger Brass participants (5 – 6 year old), an parent/guardian/adult must share a craft with them and pay a full adult price.

The cost of the session is substantially reduced for participants doing their Moray Badge Platinum Jubilee. These costs are: If you are a Cullen Sea School member £6.00pp (normally £25); Non members £6.00pp (normally £50). What to wear: If you have your own wetsuit and boots/shoes, woolly hat. Please come dressed ready for the activity. If you want to hire a wetsuit (£5) then please request one in the notes section on the Cullen Sea School booking page, these will have been sanitised following Covid-19 recommendations. If you do not have a wetsuit nor want to hire one then please wear warm but light weight clothing that you do not mind getting wet, though DO NOT wear jeans or cotton.

Buoyancy aids and any other equipment will be provided and will have been sanitised.
